Ryan & Company is a firm of Chartered Certified Accountants and Tax Consultants based in Carrickmacross, Co.Monaghan.
Tom Ryan established the practice in 2006 having previously been a partner in a large North Eastern practice for 17 years. He is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a member of the Irish Tax Institute.
The firm has a team of experienced professionals. While providing general audit, accountancy & tax services we pride ourselves on giving a value added service to clients. The traditional role of the accountant has evolved and Ryan & Company recognise this. We adopt a hands on advisory role to assist our clients in developing their business. Our strength lies in the relationships we build with our clients and the key advisory role we play in their business.
Our clients include a wide range of companies in the manufacturing, retail, construction and service sectors. We also provide a full accounting and personal taxation service for professionals and other non-incorporated businesses.

Thomas F Ryan FCCA AITI.
Thomas joined one of the largest practises in the North Eastern area in 1982 and became a partner in 1989. He established his own practice in March 2006, known as Ryan & Company.
Tom is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute.
Tom specialises in taxation, he is highly regarded in this field and is responsible for many innovative tax based plans and solutions.
Gary Ogle FCCA AITI.
Gary qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1996 having trained with a large practice in the North East. He joined the firm in October 2015 when his private practice was acquired by Ryan & Company.
Gary is also a fully qualified member of the Irish Taxation Institute and has lectured in taxation for the Institute of Accounting Technicians Ireland.
Gary has been a member of the board of directors of Castleblayney Community Enterprise Ltd since 1998.
